Hannibal’s Catering began as a family-owned business in 1986, in the small town of Rancho Cordova (California). This small but cozy operation specialized in serving delicious sandwiches, salads, soups, and buffets to the local residents and businesses. Over the years, Hannibal’s Catering branched into full-service catering – yet always with a commitment to the values that had produced success in a small town: interesting, nutritious and great tasting food, reasonable prices, and superb service.

Our culinary team works closely with local purveyors to access the highest quality ingredients for each innovative menu. Hannibal’s Catering maintains close relationships with the best creative minds in the industry. Our masterful service teamincludes our executive chefs, event coordinators, event chef, event designers, professional servers and bartenders. Our staff is trained and recertified annually with frequent continuing education programs in various aspects of culinary arts as well as event design.

Hannibal’s Catering operates out of a 15,000 sq feet bldg. Its large commercial approved catering kitchen has the state of the art equipments and is capable of producing 10,000 meals from scratch daily. It also includes our own organic herbs garden, over an acre of gated parking for our fleet of delivery vehicles, eight offices and a beautiful tasting room.

Hannibal’s Catering operations cover the Sacramento region, including Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove, Folsom, Lincoln, Loomis, Galt, Granite Bay, Auburn, Davis, Vacaville, Woodland, Placerville, Stockton, Modesto, Lodi and Vacaville.
